Our honey source is a family-owned farm in the midwest, just a few hours from our Indiana headquarters. Owned and operated by the same family since 1938, their historic farm sits among rolling green fields and reflects generations of passion, stewardship, and care. When they invited our team to tour their facilities, we didn’t hesitate—because who doesn’t love a good field trip?
While their modern operations are impressive, what stood out most was their deep pride in the farm’s history. The walls are lined with photos and artwork from years past, and we loved hearing stories shared by the founder’s great-grandchildren.
The business began in 1915, when two brothers purchased their first beehive. The original honey house was built in 1938, and within a decade, the founder’s son joined full-time—starting a generational tradition that continues today. For more than seven decades, the family has carried forward a legacy rooted in quality, responsibility, and respect for the land.
As a family-run business ourselves, partnering with a company that shares these values means everything to us. Every time we enjoy a bite of our Warrior Snack Mix, we’re reminded of those green Ohio fields and the generations of dedication behind the honey that helps make BeeFree products so special.
