Apple Pie Oatmeal Bowl

Apple Pie Oatmeal Bowl with BeeFree

This Apple Pie Oatmeal is one hearty meal to start your daily routine...and TASTY too!


1 cup instant oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 small apple, cut into cubes
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup Hagen’s Berry Bomb Warrior Mix
1 scoop sunflower butter

  1. Cook 1 cup instant oats per the directions on your specific container, add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder after cooked.
  2. Next cut 1 small apple into 1/2 inch cubes and sauté them over medium heat in 1 tsp ghee and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the oats into a bowl.
  4. Add the apples to the bowl along with sunflower butter, Berry Warrior Mix, and more cinnamon to taste and enjoy!
