Berries & Cream Protein Bars (DF/GF)

Berries and Cream Protein Bar

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup plant protein
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries
  • white chocolate, dairy free
  • Hagen Berry Warrior Mix 

Instructions:

1. Mix together oat flour, protein, cashew butter & maple syrup until thick batter forms

2. Stir in freeze dried strawberries

3. Press into a lined 9x5 pan

4. Melt white chocolate & pour on top

5. Sprinkle Warrior Mix over the top

6. Chill in fridge for an hour before slicing into squares
