Gingerbread Mini Loaf

A wonderfully festive, gluten-free and dairy-free treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup + 2 TB oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1-2 Tb cocoa powder
  • 2 Tb honey
  • 3 Tb applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tb avocado oil
  • 1 Tb non-dairy milk

Topping:

Instructions:

1. Mix together dry ingredients

2. Add in wet and stir

3. Pour into greased mini loaf pan

4. Bake at 350F for 20-25 Minutes or until a toothpic comes out clean

5. Let cool, top, and serve!
