A wonderfully festive, gluten-free and dairy-free treat!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup + 2 TB oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Cinnamon
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1-2 Tb cocoa powder
- 2 Tb honey
- 3 Tb applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 Tb avocado oil
- 1 Tb non-dairy milk
Topping:
- Melted dark chocolate
- Bob's Salted Caramel Warrior Snack Mix
Instructions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients
2. Add in wet and stir
3. Pour into greased mini loaf pan
4. Bake at 350F for 20-25 Minutes or until a toothpic comes out clean
5. Let cool, top, and serve!
