Ingredients:
- 6 TBSP grass-fed butter
- 1/4 cup organic coconut sugar
- 2 pasture-raised eggs
- 1 TBSP organic vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1.25 TSP baking powder
- 1.25 cup Mae's Apple Pie Warrior Mix
- 1.5-2 organic apples, peeled & diced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
- Mix together butter and sugar
- Add eggs & vanilla, mix well
- Add flour and baking powder, mix again
- Add apples and Warrior Mix, mix well
- Spread mixture evening into prepared pan
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until brownie consistency then remove from the oven
- Allow to cool, once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
