Gluten-Free Apple Pie Blondies

Ingredients:

  • 6 TBSP grass-fed butter
  • 1/4 cup organic coconut sugar
  • 2 pasture-raised eggs
  • 1 TBSP organic vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1.25 TSP baking powder
  • 1.25 cup Mae's Apple Pie Warrior Mix
  • 1.5-2 organic apples, peeled & diced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
  3. Mix together butter and sugar
  4. Add eggs & vanilla, mix well
  5. Add flour and baking powder, mix again
  6. Add apples and Warrior Mix, mix well
  7. Spread mixture evening into prepared pan
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until brownie consistency then remove from the oven
  9. Allow to cool, once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
