Mini Peanut Butter Tarts

A delicious, gluten-free and dairy-free dessert you can whip up in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients:

For the cups:
2 1/2 cups Bob's Salted Caramel Warrior Snack Mix
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil

For the creamy inside:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp coconut oil

For the topping:
Crushed peanuts on top
Cinnamon

 

Instructions:

1. Use a food processor to mix together the Warrior Snack Mix, cocoa powder, and coconut oil.  Press mixture into the cups of a mini muffin tin.

2. Stir together the creamy ingredients and pour into cups.

3. Top with crushed peanuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

4. Enjoy immediately or chilled!
