Nut Butter & Banana Berry Bars

Ingredients:

  • Coconut oil
  • Hagen's Berry Bomb Warrior Mix
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Nut butter of choice
  • Fresh fruit (recommend strawberries and blueberries)

Steps:

  1. Line your baking dish with coconut oil and Berry Bomb Warrior mix
  2. Press down into pan and bake at 350 degrees until firm (10-15 min)
  3. Put in fridge to cool 
  4. In a food processor blend to create nice cream: frozen bananas, vanilla, cinnamon, & almond milk until it's thick & creamy
  5. Pour the newly made nice cream over the cooled crust
  6. Freeze overnight
  7. Smooth on a layer of nut butter & fresh fruit of choice
  8. Cut and enjoy
