Simple Microwave Vanilla Pudding

An easy, high-protein recipe that will totally satisfy your sweet tooth.

Vanilla Microwave Pudding

 

Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp xylitol (or any granular sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup vegan yogurt (or Greek yogurt if not dairy free)
  • 2-3 Tb nondairy milk
  • Auggy's Original Warrior Snack Mix

 

Instructions:
  1. In a ramekin or sall mug, mix all ingredients
  2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes
  3. Enjoy immediately or chill and enjoy later!
