Apple Pie Rice Pudding

The perfect, nutritious way to satisfy your sweet tooth this fall, ready in just about 5 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 instant rice bowl or cup
  • 1/3 cup plant based milk of choice
  • 30 grams vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 apple, diced
  • Dash of cinnamon powder
  • Generous handful of Mae's Apple Pie Warrior Snack Mix

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice bowl according to package instructions.
  2. Pour in milk, protein powder, and apple sauce
  3. Stir all ingredients together and allow to sit for a few minutes
  4. Top with diced apples, a few shakes of cinnamon, and your Warrior Snack Mix.  You can enjoy immediately as a warm snack, but it's delicious chilled as well!
