Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk + 1 Tbsp
1/2 cup quick oats (or gluten-free oats)
2 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp + a dash of cinnamon
1/4 tsp apple pie spice
half a Honeycrisp apple, diced
coconut oil spray
Directions
1. Add 1 cup coconut milk and quick oats (or GF oats) to a pot on the stove and bring to a boil.
2. Stir in 2 tsp coconut sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and apple pie spice
3. Boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring (add 1 Tbsp coconut milk if it is seeming too thick).
4. In a separate pan, sauté diced apple with a little coconut oil spray, a dash of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp coconut sugar.
5. Top with Mae's Apple Pie Warrior Mix. Enjoy!
